Studio Policies
See below to find the 2025 - 2026 Studio Policy Statement and information regarding tuition, payment options, semester dates, and lesson termination policies.

Tuition Information
Fall Semester 2025
Spring Semester 2026
Summer Semester
16 Lessons
Semester Start Date: September 2nd
Semester End Date: December 19th
20 Lessons
Semester Start Date: January 5th
Semester End Date: May 29th
Semester Start Date: June 1st
Semester End Date: August 31st
Tuition may be paid by semester or in equal installments. Payment is due by the 10th of each month. Payment received the 11th of the month or later will be issued a late fee of $15 dollars. Monthly statements will be sent out via email on the 24th of each month.

Tuition will be prorated for those starting mid-semester.
Payment
Payments are accepted in the form of cash, check, or online through My Music Staff. Invoices will be issued on the 23rd of each month.

Termination of Lessons
In the unfortunate event that you need to terminate lessons, a 30-day written notice in the form of an email (mockenhauptpiano@gmail.com) is required. Tuition will still be due during these 30 days whether or not lessons are taken. This allows the teacher time to fill that spot. Thank you for understanding!
