Rates and Discounts

Below, you will find information on tuition rates, lesson lengths, scheduling a free trial lesson, sibling discounts, and lesson offerings for adults (18+) wishing to take piano lessons.

Free Trial Lesson

After registering, a free trial lesson between students, their parents/guardians, and the teacher is scheduled. This lesson provides the opportunity for everyone to meet and go over the studio policy, practice expectations, etc. The teacher will also provide an abridged lesson during this consultation to give the student and parents/guardians a feel for private lessons and how they are operated.

30-Minute Lesson

Fall Semester

Ideal for students enrolled in elementary school and are beginners.

Well-suited for students with 3+ years of experience and/or are enrolled in middle or high school.

Discounts

A 5% discount is given for each additional sibling taking private lessons. The maximum discount is 10%.

If a student registers through a referral, the family who referred them to the Daniel Mockenhaupt Piano Studio will receive one free lesson.

Recreational Music Making Adults

Alternative payment plans are available to adults wishing to take/continue piano lessons. Must be 18+ years old to be eligible for these payment plans.
