To register, please fill out the following form to the best of your ability.  Daniel will typically contact you within two business days to set up a free trial lesson.  Studio procedures will be discussed during the trial lesson.

In order to be officially considered a student of the Daniel Mockenhaupt Piano Studio, the following must occur:

• One month's tuition for each student enrolled must be paid
